Join Ayurvedic expert Jayarajan Kodikannath for a free introduction to the Ayurvedic approach to seasonal cleansing and rejuvenation, and a closer look at this year's 21-day Fall Cleanse & Rejuvenation program. Registration for the program opens the same day.
The 21-day program runs Oct 30 to Nov 21, 2026, closing a week before Thanksgiving. Program registration opens the same day as this webinar.
In Ayurveda, cleansing is not simply about eliminating toxins. It is a process of preparing the body, supporting digestion, gently purifying, and ultimately restoring and strengthening the system.
As summer transitions into fall, the qualities of the season can influence digestion, sleep, energy, and overall balance. Ayurveda offers a seasonal approach to help the body adapt, and fall can be an especially supportive time to reset before winter.
In this free session, Jayarajan Kodikannath will explain the principles behind a personalized fall cleanse and rejuvenation, what makes the approach different from a generalized detox, and how the 21-day process unfolds, from preparation through purification to rejuvenation. We will also cover how 21 mornings of guided meditation support you through it, and why the cleanse is timed to close a week before Thanksgiving so you can enjoy the holiday break.
Whether you are new to Ayurveda, have worked with our Wellness Center team before, or have studied these principles yourself, you will come away with a deeper understanding of seasonal cleansing and what it can look like when the process is thoughtfully personalized.

Jayarajan Kodikannath is the Chief Ayurvedic Consultant at Kerala Ayurveda Wellness Center in Milpitas, where he sees clients in person and online.
He personally guides the first, middle and final sessions of the program. The remaining mornings are led by other Ayurvedic experts on the team, between their teaching and their in-person consultations in Milpitas.
On this webinar you hear from Jayarajan Kodikannath directly, sharing his own practice experience rather than reading from a script. During the program itself, he and the rest of the team stay available across the Virechanam weekend and the day after.
