This is a traditional Ayurvedic cleanse, unfolding across three classical phases. It opens with a personal consultation, and a Vaidya stays with you through each morning along the way.
Registration closes Oct 21. Initial consultations run Sept 23 to Oct 23, so joining earlier simply gives you more choice over when yours falls.
Our team will be in touch within 24 business hours to walk you through next steps and find a time for your consultation. If you would rather talk sooner, call us at (510) 929-6680.
The turn into fall is not only a change in the weather. It is a change the body and the mind both feel, and most of us meet it by carrying on as usual: a little more coffee, slightly later nights, and a holiday season that arrives before we have quite caught up with ourselves.
A seasonal cleanse offers another way, especially when it is shaped for this season and for your own constitution. Fall asks for something a little different than spring does. So, often, does your body.
That is what this program is for. Three phases, twenty-one days, and a Vaidya beside you through each of them.
Everything below comes with the program. There is nothing further to buy, and no part of the support is left for you to arrange on your own.
Scheduled between Sept 23 and Oct 23, in person in Milpitas or online. Nothing is recommended until we have had this conversation with you.
7:00 to 7:30 AM Pacific: 20 minutes of meditation, then 10 minutes of check-in. Live and recorded, so a missed morning is never a missed day.
Oct 28, Nov 4, and Nov 11, 5 to 6 PM Pacific. Each one gently prepares you for the phase ahead, before you begin it.
Matched to each phase of your cleanse and to the assessment your Vaidya completed with you.
A detailed program guidebook plus full access to online learning materials, including recipes and phase-by-phase guides.
Our Vaidyas and wellness team are available across the Virechanam weekend and the day immediately after, which is often when questions come up.
Vaidya Jayarajan leads our Vaidya panel and personally guides the first, middle, and final sessions of the 21 days, the three mornings that set the tone, hold the middle, and close the arc. The remaining mornings are led by other Vaidyas from the panel, between their teaching and their in-person consultations here in Milpitas.
So the person on your screen at 7:00 AM is someone who sees clients in this same building. During the three live webinars, our Vaidyas share their own practice experience rather than reading from a script, and across the Virechanam weekend the panel and the wellness team stay available for whatever comes up.
An Ayurvedic cleanse is not one long effort. It moves in sequence, and the order matters: prepare, release, then rebuild. Here is how your twenty-one days unfold, day by day.
Days 1 to 15, Oct 30 to Nov 13. The digestive phase, Deepana and Pachana, runs days 1 to 7. Oleation, Snehana, runs days 8 to 14. Sudation, Svedana, is day 15. Two full weeks of easing in before anything is asked of you.
Day 16, Saturday Nov 14, followed by a rest day. The purgation day, placed on a weekend on purpose. Meditation pauses for the day. Our Vaidyas and wellness team are on call through Nov 15, so you are never left wondering.
Days 18 to 21, Nov 16 to 19 and onward. The rejuvenation phase, and the part that is most often left out. This is where what you released is gently replaced, guided by your Vaidya for as long as you need.

Register, then book your 60-minute consultation any time between Sept 23 and Oct 23, 2026. This is where your plan takes shape.
Oct 30 to Nov 21. Guided meditation every morning at 7:00 AM Pacific, formulations by phase, and a live webinar before each one.
A closing check-in on Nov 22, a week clear of Thanksgiving, and a 30-minute follow-up you can schedule Nov 30 to Dec 20.
Registration opens Aug 19, 2026 and closes Oct 21, with no further extension. Initial 60-minute consultations are scheduled Sept 23 to Oct 23, 2026. There are no prerequisites for this program.
Bring someone with you: earn $30 in credit for every new participant you refer who enrolls and completes payment. Credit applies to Wellness Center services, Academy courses, or your own cleanse, and is issued after the program begins on Oct 30. Referral credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Twenty-one guided days, three classical phases, and a Vaidya with you each morning. The program is timed to close a week before Thanksgiving, so you come to the table rested rather than worn thin. Registration closes Oct 21, 2026.
