Yes. Online Ayurvedic consultations are held by secure video through Zoom Health with the same Kerala-trained practitioners. The assessment, herbal guidance and lifestyle direction are the same as an in-person visit. Call to book a virtual consultation.
What happens during an Ayurvedic assessment?
Your practitioner takes a detailed intake to understand your mind-body constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalances (Vikriti), then provides personalized herbal guidance and lifestyle direction. A consultation may also be the starting point for Panchakarma, Shirodhara and other classical therapies offered at our Milpitas center.
How much does an Ayurvedic consultation cost?
